Locally existing home sales double

Bears coach Lovie Smith confirmed Monday that quarterback Jay Cutler was ruled out with a broken thumb on the right hand throws but said he was not sure of the view. "Jay has a fracture in the right thumb," Smith said during an appearance on WBBM-AM 780. "He was wounded on the handle on the arrest. Of course, we take an x-ray last night and he will see a specialist this morning and we will be able to tell you a little more after that. "

Of course home sales should begin to rise now. The market is flooded with foreclosures …. anyone who may have to look at buying (which it seems folks). In my city, 50% of the houses for sale is foreclosure. After the seizure of moslty selling, I think that the long drought of home sales will happen until the country is going back on its feet.

cool! Are we ready for another real estate bubble that is created by the price increase? Aside from the issues of bank loans made to local real estate professionals, created problems of price increases is causing the problem. ..

Nursing home finances improve, but it is not clear

DANVILLE-The Vermilion Manor nursing home gets $ 750,000 check Wednesday from the State to cover the July, August and September Medicaid costs, but it still won't be enough to pay the Bills and pay all facility next week, according to Vermilion County Council Chairman Jim McMahon.

"All it does is make us pass through this period of time," said McMahon, who plans to ask the Finance Committee Of Vermilion County on Monday to loan money nursing for 90 days.

He said there have been many prayers and support of all levels, including local government representatives, which has helped nursing homes safe $ 750,000 check from the State. Without it, he said, nursing home will be unable to pay "a lot of things."

But even with that, the nursing home is not out of financial troubles that started this summer when the country information, facilities and other facilities belonging to the county, that it will be a refund of their Medicaid costs at least 120 days after they provide services than the usual 30 days. That has led to a severe cash crunch to county-owned nursing home in Catlin-Tilton road.

McMahon said he would not consider loans 90 days for a nursing home, regardless of how bad it was necessary, if it weren't for the fact that the area received only $ 572,000 as part of the road in a deal with Chicago-based Invenergy to 104-turbine wind farm that will soon be built in Western Vermilion County (another 30 turbines will be built at the Champaign County).
